The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of cooked items, perfect for stuffing yourself before you start your day of strolling around the market. The bed was so comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The on-site restaurant provided delicious food at reasonable prices.
Who needs a decent breakfast anyway?

The fantastic, friendly staff made our stay very good. the hotel was very close to the town center, the bus stop for Aberdeen, and other restaurants. It was relatively close to Trinity Church. Stayed here for a wedding celebration, no complaints whatsoever.

I had to travel to Aberdeen to attend a funeral. The hotel was close to where I needed to be and the hotel staff readily got me a taxi to get me to the crematorium and then to the station to catch the train home.

I location of the hotel was ideal. The staff were all pleasent and helpful. The lady in the corridor attending to the rooms gve me a friendly hello. I liked it when someone came to my door and checked everything was alright. It was my first stay in a hotel alone and |I felt very happy and comfortable.

room and location was good
No SKY Sports, the hotel near emptied to go and watch a big european football match at the Holiday Inn, everyone ate and drank there, so I think its bad economy on your behalf by not paying the Sky fee. I will stay at the Holiday Inn next time.

premier inn in westhill always meets expectations, but this time it was exceptional. staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter's allergies. spacious family room, comfy bed, and delicious food with plenty of options. a warm and welcoming stay.
Breakfast mix-up caused confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth.

Very pleased with decent comfortable twin beds! Wish more Premiers had these! Staff very helpful indeed and quickly found towels as only 1 set in room. Also welcoming and knowledgeable about events / distances/ cost of taxis etc in their local area.
No smoking rooms! Most hotels nominate a few! Absolutely hate skim milk! Need to use 2 for each cup of tea! Went to local Tesco for fresh milk. In room only basic ration of 2 coffee and 3 teas sachets supplied, but reception happy to provide more. Grounds untidy and poorly maintained, not an inviting frontage for clients. no colour, no flowers, no benches, no tables and was not informed that patio area available at far end of restaurant - needs to be highlighted for families etc.

Good large bed
Breakfast both days was late, badly organised (first day abysmal - staff slept in!), and not stress free. A very bad start to the day on both days that I stayed here. Waiting times in evening too long and no newspaper available.

Nothing, all good.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but there seems to be a business and/or commercial centre nearby as there seemed to be a lot of business people staying at the hotel. It is a bit of a factory, very impersonal, but efficient and in fact quite comfortable once you get over this first impression. It is close to Aberdeen, and if you have a car it is quite handy for exploring the north-east of Scotland. Price is interesting only over the weekend, during the week it is a bit expensive for what and where it is.

The venue is convenient, clean and the location is particularly good near local business park, and M & S, Restaurants. The hotel provides full cooked breakfast with toast and juices, as for instance. The room is neat and immaculate, comes with coffee, tea and like safety box.
